General

The General options page allows you to customize the main document formatting options.

The following options are available:

  • Right margin column size - allows you to specify the minimum line length for which formatting rule is applied. Use this option with the "Wrap if long or multiple" option on the Editor | C# | Formatting | Wrapping options page.

  • Keep existing line breaks - enable this option to keep existing white spaces except for spaces at the start of the code line.

  • Format block on "}" and Format statement on ";" options allow CodeRush to format statements and blocks after you press the "}" and ";" keys.
