Users can check/uncheck Tiles at runtime via the right mouse button click. Checked Tiles are marked with the check sign at the top right corner:
Use the Checked property to specify if the current Tile is currently checked. Changing the Tile's check state fires the CheckedChanged event. The IBaseTileProperties.AllowCheck property regulates whether Tiles can be checked/unchecked.
