#Remarks
The paint style of a column’s Filter Dropdown is specified by the OptionsColumnFilter.FilterPopupMode property. When the Filter Dropdown is painted as a Regular List or Checked List, it may contain the “(Blanks)” and “(Non Blanks)” items used to filter records that contain Null (DBNull) values and empty strings.
If the ShowBlanksFilterItems property is set to Default, the “(Blanks)” and “(Non Blanks)” items are present in the Filter Dropdown if the View’s data source contains records with Null or DBNull in the current column. If the ShowBlanksFilterItems property is set to True, the “(Blanks)” and “(Non Blanks)” filter items are always available in the Filter Dropdown. Set the ShowBlanksFilterItems property to False to forcibly hide the “(Blanks)” and “(Non Blanks)” filter items.
Note
For the Filter Dropdown painted as a Checked List, the “(Non Blanks)” item is not supported. The Checked Filter Dropdown supports only the “(Blanks)” item.
