#Remarks

The scroll bar’s value represented by the ScrollBarBase.Value property corresponds to the scroll box’s position within the scroll bar. Use the Minimum property to determine its lower limit.

The scroll box’s upper limit is provided by the ScrollBarBase.Maximum property.
